I support companies in translating the potential of AI and Machine Learning into measurable operational value. My focus is on identifying economically relevant AI use cases, analyzing existing challenges, data and process landscapes and developing robust solutions to improve efficiency, transparency and decision quality. Typical projects range from developing new AI business cases and assessing data readiness to optimizing existing AI systems that do not yet achieve the expected cost or performance improvements.

My primary expertise lies in Data Science & Structuring and the implementation of Machine Learning solutions for industrial applications. I support companies in developing and optimizing computer vision systems for quality inspection, as well as applying Graph Machine Learning and advanced analytics to identify root causes and improve decision-making in production, supply chain and logistics environments.
