I build businesses and commercial platforms that last. Over the past 20 years I have founded and scaled companies from zero, led teams of 1,000+, built international supply chains across China, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand, and taken full P&L responsibility across healthcare, energy, industrial and consumer sectors.

What I bring to an interim mandate: speed, clarity and hands-on execution. I don't need long onboarding periods. I assess fast, prioritize ruthlessly and focus on the actions that move the needle — whether that's entering a new market, building a commercial team from scratch, fixing a broken sales process or developing the partnerships that drive sustainable growth.

My track record includes building a B2B medical supply platform to 500+ institutional clients including the German Red Cross and Austrian Red Cross, scaling an energy efficiency business to €4.2M in annual revenue, and setting up the entire DACH market operation for a healthcare company from zero.

I have been working with Chinese and wider Asian business partners since 2009 — a differentiator that adds real value for companies with supply chain or expansion interests in Asia.

Currently completing my Executive MBA at Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
