Christina Weiss

Christina is a product management & startup consultant and product coach with 10+ years of experience in entrepreneurship, product management, software development, and digital health. As a consultant and interim product leader, Christina works with software companies to optimize strategy, improve product development processes, prepare for investment, and coach & support teams and individuals. Her product work has a strong focus on improving team dynamics, breaking down communication barriers, and reducing friction between cross-functional product development teams.

Prior to launching her consulting business, Christina held leadership roles at a variety of startups across the US and EU in the fields of healthcare, femtech, edtech and more. As CPO at ivary, a women's health startup, she helped grow the company to acquisition by Bloom Diagnostics, a Swiss biotech firm; she was previously an early employee and the first frontend engineer at Ovia Health, acquired by LabCorp in 2021, and holds an MS in Computer Science from Georgia Tech as well as a BA in Psychology from Harvard University. An American based in Vienna, Austria, she can work with companies across time zones in both English and German.
