I was a UX Designer for the Aldi Nord customer app. I conducted user research, developed product strategy and designed numerous new features such as a shopping list, a product availability widget and a new homefeed. During my time, we increased the app store rating to 4.6 (top-rated supermarket app in Germany).

I lead the UX design for the Amplifon app in a team based in London, Milan and Cologne for more than five years. The app makes it possible to discreetly control hearing aids remotely and adjust them extensively. A smart, AI-based companion also provides relevant advice on living with hearing aids. My work for the app and the app itself won numerous international awards.

I was also responsible for the UX design of a comprehensive component library for Amplifon. Based on atomic design, it includes appointment booking, store finder and online hearing test and is based on user research, as well as tailor-made

personas and an extensive customer journey.
