I worked closely with four product managers and the Director of Product to enhance product functionality and address the needs of various brands. I conducted user interviews to gather feedback and used this information to propose effective solutions and create rapid prototypes. Additionally, I collaborated with the team on internal projects.

I collaborated closely with the product team, founders, and stakeholders to ensure that the product satisfied both user needs and business needs. I worked on existing features and created new ones, such as user role and management, based on user interviews and feedback. I validated design solutions through user testing sessions and closely monitored user behavior using tools such as HotJar. I leveraged my findings to continuously refine and improve my designs, driving the product forward.
