- Lead market analysis and site selection across target geographies, incorporating demographic trends, regulatory landscapes, and impact opportunity assessments into acquisition strategy

- Build frameworks for measuring and reporting social outcomes, from educational support programs to health and wellness initiatives, that meet investor ESG requirements and maximize community benefit

- Collaborate with development, operations, and technology teams to ensure strategic alignment from concept through operational delivery

• Supervise, research, and analyze processes for real estate evaluations and transactions.

• Meet fnancial and growth return brand objectives through the identifcation of quality sites that see an IRR of a minimum of 17%.

• Identifed 6 off-market properties across Europe and Southeast US states in conjunction with major developers and to obtain planning permission, raised equity, and secured debt fnancing.

• Leveraged high-level contacts at European Debt Capital Market teams to raise over €3 billion in fnancing over a 12-month period.
