Brought in to support Solaris SE during a period of regulatory transformation, focusing on HR governance, audit remediation, and process optimisation across People functions. Resolved findings in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation, and data protection to ensure alignment with BaFin, KWG, and InstitutsVergV. Partnered with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to strengthen controls, improve documentation, and embed scalable HR processes.

Appointed Interim Head of People in October 2024, leading Talent Acquisition and People Operations through transition—hiring new leads, building operational foundations, and improving team effectiveness. Acted as sparring partner to the Director of People & Corporate Affairs on leadership, performance frameworks, and compensation governance, while driving cross-functional projects. Focused on building a more autonomous, capable HR function with stronger delivery and alignment across the organisation.

Led the People and Culture team, offering daily support and strategic guidance to employees in Germany, the Netherlands, the UK and Hong Kong. Coached senior leaders and introduced an effective talent selection process, fostering professional growth and performance excellence. Revamped compensation and benefits structures, implemented a comprehensive talent retention program for increased engagement and satisfaction.
