Having lived on three continents, and in very culturally diverse places during my studies (USA, Japan, UK, France), I have not only learned to combine and understand different view points, but also build on ambiguity. After my academic education, I worked in brand growth and strategy at management consulting firm Prophet, focusing on customer experience, marketing effectiveness, and employee engagement. During my training here, I have learned to put the customer at the heart of anything I do. I believe this relentless focus on consumer relevance will be essential in this role as well.
I joined BrightHouse, a daughter company of the Boston Consulting Group, in 2018. Since then, I have led corporate Purpose projects for global automotive, personal care, and fashion brands, all of which aimed to push those industries into new and more expansive spaces.
The focus of my work is on excavating corporate Purpose and accompanying transformations of large scale international organizations. On these projects, I am responsible for leading hybrid strategic-creative project teams across geographies, creating buy-in among top management and shaping our work from start to finish.
The intersection of the rigorous analytical process of BCG and the need for deep thinking and human-centered design of BrightHouse projects defines the way I work.
