Realisierung digitaler Geschäftsprozesse:
- Konzeption: Nutzenorientierte und nutzerzentrierte Konzeption digitaler Anwendungen. Berücksichtigung grundlegender Anforderungen (SEO, Usability etc.) von Anfang an.
- Implementierung: Team- und Dienstleister-Steuerung gemäß klassischem Projektplan oder agilen Methoden (Programmierer, Agenturen, Designer).
- Ergebniscontrolling: Einrichtung des Webcontrollings, KPI Definition und kontinuierliches Ergebnisreporting.
Digitale Anwendungen müssen vom Nutzer gedacht werden, um diesem eine bestmögliche Erfahrung zu liefern. Kein Selbstzweck - nicht der Weg, sondern das Ziel ist das Ziel. Bei der Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen liegt mein Fokus daher auf Nutzerzentrierung und Nutzenoptimierung.
Erfolgsorientierter Online Vertrieb:
- SEA: Erstellung, Optimierung und Pflege von Werbung auf Google und Bing. In der Suche, Shopping oder im Netzwerk.
- Marktplätze: Amazon, ebay oder Otto. Pflege und Optimierung des Katalogs, dynamisches Pricing sowie Verkaufsunterstützung mit Anzeigen.
- PDM: Anbindung, Überwachung und Optimierung Ihres Katalogs auf externen Portalen (bspw. Preisvergleichsportale).
- Affiliate Netzwerke: Selektion und Pflege von Kooperationen über Awin und andere Netzwerke. Abstimmung mit Publishern, Provisionssteuerung und -kontrolle.
- Direktkooperationen: Verhandlung mit Kooperationspartnern und Leistungskontrolle.
Online Vertrieb muss wertschöpfend sein, und dem Unternehmens- oder Kampagnenziel untergeordnet werden. Ich kümmere mich um die Definition geeigneter Messgrößen, das Auswerten der richtigen Datenquelle und eine sorgfältige Analyse der Datenlage als Grundlage einer profitablen Skalierung.
