Alexander Arndt

I'm an architect turned senior strategy consultant, focusing on real estate and the AEC industry. An entrepreneur at heart, I strive in contexts with little guidance. I value precise communication, effective time management, and hard work, and I am perfectionist about my deliverables.

During my time at McKinsey & Company, I supported large scale construction projects in the Middle East on their sustainability strategies and power supplies, and later co-developed the product strategy for a European holding of leading AEC software companies.

As a former Director at Ariston Real Estate AG, I gained hands-on experience in real estate acquisitions, due diligence, stakeholder management, automations, and negotiations. Additionally, I am the CEO of Aledo Studio GmbH, a developer of residential real estate in Munich.

In my free time, I'm passionate about painting, drawing, history, pickleball, and alpine skiing.
