Led an end-to-end project to create a complete responsive website and brand identity for a newly launched company. The process involved understanding the client's vision and conducting user research to create full brand identity, which included logo design, design foundations like - color palettes, typography, component library consisting of reusable components and style guides. This project provided hands-on experience in building a brand from strategy to execution, resulting in a cohesive digital presence. I handled creative direction for over 15+ clients across various industries. My role involved end-to-end ownership of UI/UX projects from requirement gathering to collaborating with stakeholders, marketing and development teams to deliver high-level creative outputs. This experience strengthened my ability to lead design projects and maintain strategic communication with clients. I was responsible for internal communication design, creating engaging and motivational content for the bank's internal portal and emails. I collaborated with marketing and business development teams to create content that celebrated employee achievements and boosted morale. This experience allowed me to work across digital, print, and web formats and deepened my understanding of how design influences employee engagement.

I started at the company as a Senior Visualizer, then moved into a Team Lead role, and later became the Art Director. Over the years, I've grown from just creating designs to leading projects and guiding the creative direction of the team.
