I train developer teams and organizations to work effectively with AI tools — and I consult and build when companies need production-ready AI systems. Everything I teach comes from active development: three live apps in 2025, 6 years as CTO, LLM systems in production.

Training topics: AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot), prompt engineering, agentic workflows, workflow automation (n8n, Make). Formats: half-day to multi-day workshops, online and in-person, for teams of 5–50. Languages: German and English.

What makes my training different: I don't teach tools I've read about — I teach tools I use daily to build real products. Participants learn from someone who has shipped the exact things being discussed. My psychology background shapes how I structure sessions; my business experience keeps every example tied to real ROI. • Nomad Summit Chiang Mai 2025: Speaker on AI tools and agentic development workflows.

Technical background (what gives the training its depth):

• 6 years as CTO: Built automation infrastructure that reduced manual work 80%, scaled operations to 160 people with a core team of 11.

• Active developer: Python/FastAPI, Elixir/Phoenix, LLM systems. Three apps live in 2025, all serving paying users.

• Psychology & business degrees (top 2%, triple scholarship incl. Stiftung der Deutschen Wirtschaft).
