15+ years across Pfizer, Delivery Hero, and BSH (Bosch Group) — leading teams from 7 to 40 people, modernizing infrastructure (SAP→GCP, Data Mesh), and turning fragmented, manual operations into structured, automated, scalable functions.

What's been keeping me curious lately: the intersection of operations leadership and applied AI. I've been independently developing production ML systems in Python — XGBoost ensembles with walk-forward retraining, agentic AI multi-agent orchestration, full ML Ops discipline.
