What makes me different from most AI consultants: I have built things. I currently serve as a contributor to the AI strategy team at DeLaval Services GmbH — one of 12 people responsible for evaluating AI use cases and shaping the company's enterprise AI roadmap. Alongside that, I have built a Python-based agentic AI assistant (Telegram + LLM APIs) from scratch, and I actively design agentic workflows for business process automation using tools like n8n.

Operations expertise — I have lived inside supply chain, aftermarket services, and ERP systems. I know what breaks, what gets ignored, and where AI actually creates value vs. where it creates noise. I am not a theorist parachuted in from a slide deck.

AI practitioner — I build with AI tools, not just advise on them. Python, LLM APIs (Claude, GPT-4o), n8n, Make.com, prompt engineering, agentic workflow design.

Change management — I am CHAMPS2 certified and Lean Six Sigma trained. I have reorganised teams, redesigned processes, and run adoption programs. I know that AI projects fail at the human layer, not the technical one. That is where I focus.
