Werner has restructured and unified HR business processes and IT-systems at various global customers. He excels in running all project phases from blueprint to go-live, and he has specialized in dealing with third party vendors. - prepare the EC global template (SAP workbook) with all local and global requirements
- working closly together with SAP for configuration matters

- being the HR-IT point of contact for the HR Business
- coordinating the EC test management activities with the team
