• Agile transformation: Supporting the UX department in the introduction of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to scale agile ways of working. Optimise the use of Jira, Confluence, and Agile Hive to drive cross-functional collaboration and increase efficiency. In addition, optimise workflows in Jira, implement automations, and create individual ScriptRunner scripts to support efficient process flows.

• Change Management: Head of the Change Management Board as well as responsibility for ASPICE certification in the area of SUP.10 within the UX department.

• Dashboards, KPIs and reporting: Create and maintain dashboards to monitor the status of requirements and identify potential for improvement in existing processes. The following agile KPIs were used, among others: Velocity, Burndown Charts, Commitment Reliability, Cycle Time, and Team Health. These key figures were used to transparently evaluate team performance, process stability, and continuous improvement.

• Management and successful implementation of projects for the digitisation and optimisation of the CRM system, including requirements management and process analysis, such as:

• Digital Signature and Contract Management: Introducing a digital contract management system for instructors, including implementing an electronic signature solution.

• CRM PBX Integration: Pair the CRM system with the PBX to streamline customer communications through automated call logging and real-time access to customer data.

• Alumni management: Develop and implement privacy-compliant processes for alumni management in compliance with the GDPR, including secure data management and transparent communication policies.

• Founding and management of a company with a focus on advertising-financed information systems and development and sales of cloud solutions for smart cities.

• Responsible for product development, sales, and operational business processes.

• Dealing with the typical challenges of a start-up, including the development of a business model and market positioning.
