Johan in a few words
During my project management experience of 20 years, I have managed and delivered projects of various sizes and different complexities. I acquired business insight and experience in a wide range of industries and domains: financial & banking industry, payment systems, publishing, knowledge/content/document management, legal sector, storage area networks, media, mobile/telecommunication industry, identity management & access management, satellite communication business, medical devices, public transport sector and in biometrics. I’m specialized in bringing troubled projects that are off track under control again. I am focused on project delivery, with respect for time and budget constraints. Besides being a project manager, I also train & coach people in project management.
