Air Liquide Cluster Maghreb contains more than 300 users using Microsoft Dynamics Nav Daily. All the modules are deployed (Financial management, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, Inventory management, Project management, Purchase management, Services management …)

 Affiliated at Maghreb Cluster as responsible for implementing the ERP solution Microsoft Dynamics Nav 2009 R2. I’m working as technical and functional expert in Microsoft Dynamics Nav for those three countries (Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco).

· Project 1: Computerization of Air Liquide distributors (Tunisia) From 11/03/2012 to
04/30/2013: 40 distributors all over the country have been computerized by developing an
integrated web application natively connected to the ERP Microsoft Dynamics Nav 2099 R2. The
project allows the distributors to create invoices and inventory transfers directly from the web
application. The data transactions are transferred automatically to Navision’s database in order to
update the inventory situation and the turn-over in the system. The Web application provides to
Air Liquide the turn-over and the distributor’s inventory. So, the management of the distributors
becomes more efficient.
- Assistance to project start-up workshops in Tunisia.
- Functional Needs study and technical study of the ERP solution already deployed.
- Preparing of a detailed schedule (Day to day) to monitor the project.
- The web application was developed by myself using: PHP5, JQUERY, AJAX and SQL SERVER
2008 Enterprise Edition.
- Development of automatic batch on Navision for synchronizing data with the dedicated Web application and the ERP.
- Setting Up SQL transactional replication for data synchronization (Static & Dynamic) between the Navision’s database and the Web application database.
- Work in collaboration with the security team of Air Liquid Group (Europe) for securing the
Web application (SQL injections …).
- Deployment of two pilot sites and training the key users.
- Availability on hotline and preparation of user manuals for the completion of the deployment of the remaining distributors (2 distributors were deployed by myself and 38 were deployed by the key users).

Project 2: GAP ANALYSIS (Algeria-Tunisia-Morocco) From 07/01/2013 to 12/31/2013:
Referred as team leader by the Director of Air Liquide Maghreb Cluster in order to accomplish a Gap Analysis of three Navision databases in the Maghreb Cluster (Algeria, Tunisia & Morocco).
- Preparation of workshops with the team of Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia.
- Moving to Morocco and Tunisia for understanding adopted life cycles (Technical and
functional studies).
- Presentation of a detailed report for the gap analysis to various directors and financial
managers of those three subsidiaries (Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco).
- Preparation of meetings with business-Owners of the three subsidiaries in order to establish a single-core model obeying the standards of the group (Delegation of authority [DOA],
Segregation of duties [SOD], Blue-Book).
- Referred as project manager for the development of the single-core model for the entire
Maghreb cluster.
· Project 3: MRP & Production management (Algeria) from 01/01/2014 to 06/30/2014:
In order to stabilize our ERP in Algeria, to master our production costs and to avoid inventory ruptures for raw materials for welding activity, we decided to implement the manufacturing module.
- Setup the manufacturing module.
- Preparing the multi-level bill of materials in order to manage semi finished products and
finished products.
- Moving to the manufacturing unit to understand the production process.
- Valorisation of semi finished products and finished products by two methods: Average costs & standard costs and compare between them.
- Prepare the detailed user manuals for manufacturing process: Creation of production orders,
transfer items to the production location, update the production journal by declaring the
consumption (Decreasing the inventory of raw materials) and the production (Increasing the inventory of finished products).
- Prepare the static data used for MRP calculation: Setup safety stock quantity, reorder point,
safety lead time, reorder quantity and lead time calculation.
 Parallel tasks as entrusted to me in the Maghreb: I am responsible of Navision ERP in Air Liquide Algeria.
I’m doing all new developments to improve the functionality of the ERP. For example, I'm on a project to develop a new module on Navision to allow project management for clients (Installation of medical fluids networks: From the development of the technical specifications [Technical quote] until the billing the project).

 I’m also participating on development of OLAP CUBE with SQL SERVER 2008 Enterprise Edition in order to simplify data extractions from the ERP.
 Since my recruitment in Air Liquide Algeria in November 2012, all Nav developments
were made by myself without requesting help for external consultants. The costs
allocated to Nav development for Algeria were decreased to zero!
